The Present Public Procurement Is Divided Into Three Lots: Lot 1 - Elaboration Of An Investment Project In The Phase Of Technical Project And Subsequently Implementing Copyright Supervision For Reconstruction Of An Existing Playground In The Village Of Zborishte, Plot 330 And 331, Sq. 39, Tvarditsa Municipality Lot 2 - Development Of An Investment Project In The Phase Of Technical Project And Subsequently Implementing Copyright Supervision For Construction Of A Mini Football Court With Tribunes, Fence And Major Overhaul Of Existing Changing Rooms In Upi Iii, Sq. 66, Town Of Shivachevo, Tvarditsa Municipality Lot 3 - Development Of An Investment Project In The Phase Of Technical Project And Subsequent Implementation Of Copyright Supervision For Major Repair Of Streets In Tvarditsa Municipality Brief Description The Subject Of This Public Procurement For Each Of The Lots, Includes The Following Activities: Activity 1: Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Phase; Activity 2: Subsequent Execution Of Copyright Supervision During The Construction Of The Site. The Implementation Of The Awarded Activities Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Assignment, Annex To The Technical Specification For The Respective Lot, An Integral Part Of The Documentation Of The Public Procurement. Investment Projects Should Be Within The Scope And Content According To The Spatial Planning Act And Ordinance No. 4 On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects, And Are Fully In Accordance With The Specific Assignment Approved By The Contracting Authority And/Or Visa Of Ch. Architect. The Preparation Of Investment Projects, Part Of The Subject Of Award In The Present Public Procurement, Creates The Technical And Project Readiness Of The Municipality Of Tvarditsa For Applying For Financing From National And/Or European Programs And Projects And/Or From The Republican And Or The Municipal Budget. The Complete Information On The Types Of Activities, Their Scope And The Requirements For Their Implementation And Other Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Described And Regulated In The Technical Specifications And The Attached Design Assignments For Each Lot, An Integral Part Of The Documentation For Participation.
