    Work Detail

    The Maximum Estimated Value Of The Order Is Up To Bgn 60,000.00 (Sixty Thousand Bgn And Zero Pennies) Without Vat Included. The Period For Execution Of The Public Procurement Is The Proposed By The Participant, But It Should Be No More Than 10 (Ten) Calendar Days From The Conclusion Of The Contract. The Place Of Execution Of The Contract: The Respective Structure Specified By The Contracting Authority, Located In The University Hospital Ni Pirogov Ead: 21 Totleben Blvd. Order Criterion: The Public Procurement Is Awarded On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Offer. The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Is Determined On The Basis Of A Lowest Price Award Criterion. Validity Period Of Tenders: The Validity Of The Tenders Is 6 Months From The Deadline For Receipt Of Tenders In The Procedure. Ability To Present Options In Offers: It Is Not Envisaged To Provide Options In Bids. Guarantee Conditions: Participants Should Provide Warranty Service Of The Software According To The Warranty Period, Which May Not Be Less Than 24 Months From The Date Of Delivery And The Signing Of The Minutes, Which Finds That It Has Been Installed And Put Into Operation By The Contracting Authority. The Contractor Guarantees The Fulfillment Of His Obligations With A Performance Guarantee Of 2 % (Two Percent) Of The Value Of The Contract Excluding Vat. The Performance Guarantee Is A Guarantee For A Fixed -Term And Guarantee For Quality Performance Of The Contract. The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Will Be Made Before The Examination Of The Documents For Compliance With The Selection Criteria In Accordance With Art. 187, Al. 2 Of The Public Procurement Act.
