The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Buy 48 Pcs Of Fm1 Containers And 12 Used Fm2-/Fokker Containers For The Defense Forces. The Contracting Authority Shall Enter Into As Many Contracts In Both Respects As Required To Obtain These Quantities. If The Tenderer Who Submitted The Best Bid According To The Evaluation Criteria Offers The Containers Of This Quantity, The Contract Shall Be Awarded With The Relevant Tenderer. If He Offers Fewer Containers, The Contract Shall Be Awarded With Him For The Quantity Offered By Him And In Rankings The Following (S) Provider (S) Shall Be Award In Respect Of The Quantity. In Addition, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Reduce The Quantities Purchased.
