Purchase Of Liability Insurance For The Mandatory Liability Insurance Service Of The Health Service Provider For The Compulsory Liability Insurance Service For The Compulsory Liability Company For Rakvere Hospital As A Healthcare Provider. The Volume And Extent Of The Service Shall Comply With The Conditions And Minimum Rates Arising From The Aforementioned Law. The Service Volume Includes Mandatory Insurance For The Civil Liability Of The Health Care Provider During The Provision Of Health Care In The Republic Of Estonia During The Provision Of Healthcare, Including During The Provision Of Medical Remote Consultation, For Compensation For Damages By The Insurer If The Patient Has Caused Injury Or Health Injury.
