The Subject Of The Public Contract Called Reconstruction Of The Operating Hall And The Adjacent Premises Of The Sú Libeň - Pd Is The Processing Of Project Documentation (Pd), Including The Provision Of Engineering Activities To Optimize The Use Of The Sú Libeň Area. The Subject Of The Contract Consists Of The Following Parts: Part 1: Pd For The Reconstruction Of The Sú Sú Libeň 0P31 (6. Kolná Hall) Part 2: The Feasibility Study Optimization Of The Use Of The Čd, A.S. Sú Libeň Part 3: Project Documentation For Optimization Of Čd, A.S. Sú Libeň Part 4: Project Documentation Of Decentralization Of Heating Source Čd, A.S. Sú Libeň And Reconstruction Of Building Heating Systems. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Specified In More Detail In The Binding Pattern Of The Contract For Work (Annex 1 Of This Zd) (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Treaty”). Pursuant To Section 124 Of The Zzvz, The Contracting Authority Concludes A Contract With A Selected Supplier. The Selected Supplier Will Be The Subscriber Of The Tender, Which The Contracting Authority Selects On The Basis Of The Rules For The Evaluation Of Tenders Referred To In Article 8 Of This Zd (Selected Supplier) In Accordance With The Zzvz And This Zd.
