Provisions Regarding The Method Of Verification Of Employment Of These Persons On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship And The Contracting Authoritys Rights Regarding The Control Of The Contractor Meeting The Requirements Related To Employing These Persons And Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 4 To Swz. 5. Order Processing: From The Date Of Signing The Contract, But Not Earlier Than From December 1, 2025 To December 12, 2026.
