    Video Conferencing Equipment- Rv Via Av Communication And Media Technology For Hybrid Meeting Rooms. The Aim Of The Award Procedure Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement On Av Communication And Media Technology For Hybrid Meeting Rooms At The Client Zdf. It Is Intended To Equip Or Modernize Space In Mainz Within The Contract Period. There Is No Acceptance Obligation On The Minimum Acceptance Specified In The Tender Documents. In Addition, A Shopping Cart (Av Goods Basket) Is Defined In Order To Equip Additional Rooms With The Systems And To Include Existing Systems In The System Service. The Framework Agreement Also Stipulates Conditions For Professional Service Services (Hourly Or Daily Rates). Except For The Necessary Technical Requirements, The Systems Are Advertised With The Aim Of A Long -Term Determination (System Decision) Of The Technology. This Means That The System Decision Continues To Exist Over The Term Of This Framework Contract And The Future Equipment Of The Zdf Follows The Result Of This Award Procedure.
