The Consultation Is Launched In The Form Of Dappel Doffres Open According To Articles R2161-2 To R2161-5 Of The Public Order Code The Market Is At Mixed Prices: It Is Partly Concluded At A Global And Flat-Rate Price, And Partly In A Framework Agreement At Unit Prices And Executed By Means Of Purchase Orders. It Is Important To Distinguish Two Temporalities In Its Execution: - The Period Of Loans, Between The Signing Of The Market And On December 31, 2029 (End Of The Period Issued): Loans May Be Granted And Paid. - The Loan Monitoring Period, Between January 1, 2030 And The Reimbursement Of The Last Loan: Only The Monitoring Of The Loans Will Be Provided And No New Loan Can Be Granted And Paid. The Services Will Make A Single Market. In Application Of Larticle L 2113-11 Of The Ccp, The Choice Of Not Allotting This Market Is Justified By The Following Reason (S): - Lobject Of The Market Does Not Allow The Identification Of Separate Services; Indeed, The Constraints Relating To The Market Do Not Allow The Identification Of Prunes. The Market Must Make The Subject Of A Single Candidate In Order To Guarantee The Authority And Technical Consistency. For The Party In Order For Order Form: The Maximum Amount (For 4 Years) Is 180,000 Euros Excl. There Is No Minimum Amount. There Are No Decay In Slices
