Obruchishte/- From Km. 0+000 To 0+550; Stage Ii: Reconstruction And Rehabilitation Of The Szr 1043 Municipal Road/From Road Iii-5504 To The Village Of Obruchishte/- From Km. 0+550 To 0+928. In The Course Of The Public Procurement, Services Should Be Provided, Including: Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Construction Until The Acceptance And Commissioning Of The Construction/Part, A Stage Of It In The Mandatory Scope, Regulated In The Spatial Planning Act And The By -Laws For Its Implementation; Fulfillment Of The Functions Of The Safety And Health Coordinator In Accordance With The Provisions Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 22.03.2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safe Working Conditions When Performing Construction And Installation Works, Incl. Fulfillment Of All Obligations Of The Contracting Authority Provided For In The Said Ordinance; Preparation Of A Final Building/Part Report, Stage Of It, In Accordance With Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Spatial Planning Act And Ordinance No. 2 Of 31.07.2003 For The Commissioning Of The Works In The Republic Of Bulgaria And The Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, And An Updated Technical Passport For The Construction According To Art. 176A Of The Spatial Planning Act And Ordinance No. 5 Of December 28, 2006 On The Technical Passports Of The Construction Works; Management Of The Processes Of Commissioning Until The Issuance Of A Permit For Use Of The Construction/Part, Stage Of It; Wearing Liability Under Art. 168 Para. 7 Of The Spatial Planning Act Until The Expiry Of The Warranty Periods For The Respective Types Of Construction Works;
