Tenders Are Invited For Selection Of A Net Active Electricity Supplier And Coordinator Of A Balancing Group For The Needs Of Shumen Municipality And Its Structures, For Educational Institutions Of The Municipality Of Shumen And For The Needs Of Diagnostic - Advisory Center I Shumen Eood

The Subject Of This Public Procurement Covers Activities For Delivery And Balancing Of Certain Quantities Of Net Active Electricity (Not Less Than 10% (Ten Percent) Of Which Is Manufactured By Renewable Energy Sources (Res)) For The Sites Of The Municipality By A Licensed Electricity Supplier And A Standard Balancing Group Coordinator, Full Administration Of The Eso Ead Information Flow, As Well As The Cost Of Unbalanceds For The Above Sites. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Administration Of The Amounts For The Statutory Fees, Network Services And Excise Duty. They Will Be Paid By The Contracting Authority. In Connection With The Above, The Contractor Will Conclude A Contract For Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Article 11, Item 10 And Under The Conditions Of Article 20 Of The Ptee /The Rules For Trade In Electricity /. Between The Municipality Of Shumen, The Said Educational Institutions And Diagnostic - Advisory Center I Shumen Eood Is Signed A Joint Award Agreement, Where The Municipality Of Shumen Is A Leading Partner. The Duration Of The Contract Is 12 (Twelve) Months From The Date Of Confirmation Of The First Registered Schedule For The Delivery Of Net Active Electricity. The Contractor Shall Notify The Leading Partner In Writing - Shumen Municipality To Confirm The Date Of Registration Of The First Registered Schedule. Options Are Envisaged To Extend The Contract By Up To 6 (Six) Months. In The Event That Upon Expiry Of The Contract, There Is No New Contract Concluded Under The Ppa, With The Same Object, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Extend The Term Of The Concluded Contract, But With No More Than 6 (Six) Months, For Which The Contracting Authority Shall Notify The Contractor. The Conditions Under Which The Option Enters Into Force Are In Accordance With Article 116, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act/Ppa/. The Total Estimated Amount Of Electricity For The Term Of The Contract Without Options Included Is 7 560 Mw/H (For 12 (Twelve) Months). The Total Estimated Amount Of Electricity With Included Options For Extending The Contract By Up To 6 (Six) Months Is 11 340 Mw/H (For 18 (Eighteen) Months). The Total Estimated Value Of The Order Without Options Included Is Bgn 3,000,000 (Three Million) Without Vat (For 12 (Twelve) Months). The Total Estimated Value Of The Contract With Included Options For Extending The Contract By Up To 6 (Six Months) Is Bgn 4,500,000.00 (Four Million And Five Hundred Thousand) Bgn Without Vat (For 18 (Eighteen) Months).
