Coleg Cambria Wish To Employ A Design Team With Suitable Skills And Services To Deliver An Animal Skills Centre / Educational Teaching Building To Deliver Both Practical And Theory Based Teaching Sessions For Students Attending The College. It Is Anticipated That The Building Will Be Approximately 1300M2 Over A Single Floor, Comprising But Not Limited To The Following: - • Up To 8No. Workshop Teaching Spaces • Designated Changing And Locker Facilities • Wc’S • Staff Facilities To Include Offices • Circulation Space • Storage • Plant Rooms. An Estimated Construction Cost Will Be 4 Million Gbp With A 6-Month Design, Planning And Technical Design Allocation Followed By A 12-Month Construction Period.
