    Tenders are invited for Purchase of Hardware Items. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee (PPC), Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla from 15th September 2025 until 25th October 2025 from 0900 hrs to 14.30 hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only (LKR 25,000.00). The method of payment will be in Cash/Bank draft in favour of Director, Project Management Unit, Defence Headquarters Complex Project. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rupees One Million Three Hundred Sixty Nine Thousand only (LKR 1,369,000.00), obtained from a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. This Bid Security shall be in the form of an unconditional, on demand guarantee and shall be valid up to 06th February 2026.
