Tenders are invited for Construction of RCC 166 housing units with site development works at Core LAP Rabten, Phuentsholing. Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications defined in the Bidding Document may participate in this bidding: a) Historical Financial Performance. Bidders averaged net worth for the last three years (FY 2022-24), as well as for the year 2024 calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities should be positive; b) Average Annual Construction Turnover. Minimum average annual construction turnover of BTN 372.36 million during the last three (3) years; c) Financial Resources. Demonstrate total financial resource requirement is equal or more than BTN 41.37 million; d) Contracts of Similar Size and Nature. Participation in at least one (1) contract similar to the proposed works within the last seven (7) years successfully or substantially completed where the value of the Bidders participation under each contract exceeds BTN 248.24 million.
