    For Flexible Speed And Red Light Enforcement, The Om Uses So-Called Flex Flashers: Flash Cameras Installed On A Movable Mast With Energy Supply. Today There Are 75 Flexflitsers Operational. The Use Of Flex Flashes Is A Combination Between The Supplier Of The Chassis And The Flash Camera. The Flash Camera Is Called Enforcement Unit Or Hhu And The Rest, I.E. The Chassis, The Mast And The Energy Supply The Base Unit Or Bu. The Whole Is Therefore Called A Flex Flash Or Ff. The Om Wishes To Re -Order The Maintenance And Relocation Service Of The Current 75 Bus. In Addition, It Has The Need To Expand Enforcement From 75 To 125 Flex Flashes. This Means There Is A Need For 50 Extra Bus. The Om Intends To Order The Assignment (Framework Agreement) By Means Of A Public Procedure To Two Suppliers. One Supplier Is Instructed For The Acquisition Of 45 Bus And Delivery Of 25 Extra Bus. The Other Supplier Is Instructed For The Acquisition Of 30 Bus And Also Delivery Of 25 Extra Bus. Both Suppliers Must Deliver The Travel Service In Addition To Maintaining The Bus.
