Description Work And Welfare Agency (Nav) Invites You To An Open Tender Competition For The Procurement Of A Framework Agreement With One Supplier Of Legal Services In The Hr Area. The Purpose Of This Procurement Is To Establish A Framework Agreement With A Supplier For The Delivery Of Legal Services In The Hr Area. The Framework Agreement Will Meet The Need For Assistance And Advice On The Trav And Consultation. To The Employers Side At Navs Other State Units In Resource -Intensive Cases. The Supplier Shall Be Able To Assist The Client In The Following Areas: Have Expertise In Collective And Individual Labor Law, Ie On Both The Working Environment Act And The State Employment Acts Areas, Including Central Contractual Work In The Statenha Spice Competence In The Related Areas Of The Relatives And The Taxpoens Of The Related Areas And The Taxpoirs Of The Related Areas. Negotiations, Both In Writing And In Meetings, And Conducting Surveys And Assessments Of Alleged Criticism In Connection With Notifications, Cf. Chapter 2Ai The Working Environment Act May Be Relevant For The Supplier To Contribute With Competence -Enhancing Measures Such As Courses And Lectures.
