Tenders Are Invited For Limited Offering Of Total Advisory Contract For New Næstved Harbor

Næstved Harbor Is Facing A Historic Transformation Where The Existing Commercial Port Must Be Relocated From The City Center To A New Location On Ydernæs. The Decision On Relocation Was Made By The Port Board And Supported By The City Council Of Næstved Municipality, And Is Based On A Comprehensive Relocation Plan, Prepared By Sweco Danmark A/S In 2024. The Relocation Must Ensure Continued Port Operations And Jobs In The Area, While Releasing Attractive Areas For Urban Development In The Central Part Of Næstved. Against This Background, A Total Advisory Contract Is Offered, Which Includes Environmental And Government Advice Including Field Investigations And Preparation Of Government Project, Which Together With The Project Proposal Prepared By Sweco Must Form The Basis For Næstved Municipalitys Decision To Implement The Relocation Plan Of 19 August 2024, Including A Decision On Section 25 Permit In Accordance With The Environmental Assessment Law.
