    Work Detail

    1. The Aconcagua Health Service Requires Integrated Safety System In The Aconcagua Health Service Units. 2. Purchase Application No. 36, Office Of Parts No. 375 (Internal N ° 490), Presented By The Requirement Of The Physical Resources Department, Was Duly Approved And Authorized By Chief Dept. Rrff, The Deputy Director Of Physical And Financial Resources And The Head Of The Finance Department, Who Support The Hiring. 3. That, In Compliance With Current Regulations In Public Purchases, The Electronic Framework Of The Framework Agreement Was Reviewed And It Was Found That The Required Product (S) And/Or Service (S) Are Not Available In Said Catalog. 4. That, As Established In The Regulation, The State Administration Bodies Must Award The Contracts Concluded For The Acquisition Of Product (S) Or Contracting Of Service (S) By Public Tender, When The Mechanism Of The Framework Agreement Is Not Appropriate, Or, Exceptionally, Through Private Tender, Direct Treatment Or Other Special Contracting Procedure; 5. That, In Compliance With The Provisions Of Law No. 19,886 And Its Regulations Approved By Decree 661 Of The 2024 Of The Ministry Of Finance, The Bases That Are Approved In This Act Are Prepared, Which Observe The Principles Of Free Concurrence Of The Bidders To The Administrative And Equality Call That The Bankruptcy Procedures Govern, And Comply With The Technical And Legal Requirements To Verify The Realization Of The Present Tender. 6. That, According To The Nature And Amount Of Contracting, This Tender Is Exempt From The Reasoning Process, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Resolution No. 36 Of 2024, Both Of The Comptroller General Of The Republic; 7. That, Consequently, And Attending The Fundamentals Required By Current Legal And Regulatory Regulations;
