    That, The Hospital Del Salvador Needs To Have A Tacrolimus Supply Agreement In Case Of Non-Office Of Cenabast For The Hospital Del Salvador In Order To Adequately And Efficiently Satisfy The Care Work During The 2025-2027 Period. That, The Undersecretariat Of Assistance Networks Of The Ministry Of Health Instructs Health Services And Self -Managed Hospitals, Must Implement “Complementary Measures”, To Ensure The Supply Of The Medications Intermediate By Cenabast, Before The Repeated Stock Breaks And Breaches Derived From Their Suppliers; That, Due To The Certain Amount, This Tender Is Located In The Section For Hiring Equal To Or Greater Than 5,000 Utm, In Accordance With Article 36 Of The Regulation Of Law No. 19,886; That, Made The Respective Consultations, The Provision Of These Goods Or Services Is Not Available By Marcos Agreements Offered In The Information System Of The Purchasing Directorate, Www.Mercadopublica.Cl; That, This Purchase Is Linked To The 1058085-4-Pc25 Project, Corresponding To The Annual Purchasing Plan Of The Year 2025. That, This Contract Would Imply An Approximate Expense Of Around $ 1,404,449,900.- Vat Included, For 36 Months. The Non -Compliance With The Budgeted Value Will Determine The Declaration Of Inadmissibility Of The Offer, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 9 Of Law No. 19,886.
