    Considering: 1. That, There Is A Need To Acquire Clinical Catres With Mattress For The Curacaví Hospital. 2. That, On July 21, Sda Authorizes The Purchase In Accordance With Requirement No. 146. 3. That, The Clinical Cot In The Furniture Section Is Not Available In Framework Agreement. 4. That, The Purchase Does Not Require A Seriousness Of The Offer, The Public Procurement Directive No. 7, Indicates In Point No. 4 Letter A), Which Is Avoided To Demand Them In Processes Less Than 1,000 Utm, Except In High -Risk Cases, In This Way It Will Facilitate A Greater Participation Of The Suppliers. 5. That, Consequently And In The Merit Of The Above, For This Contract, It Is Required To Be Called A Public Proposal, And It Must Be Regulated In Compliance With The Provisions Of Law No. 19,886 And Its Regulations, Approved By Supreme Decree No. 661, Of 2024, Of The Ministry Of Finance, And Its Subsequent Modifications, The Bases That Are Approved In This Act Were Prepared, Which Observe The Principles Of Free Concurrence Of The Free Concurrence Of The Bidders Administrative And Equality Called That Bankruptcy Procedures, And Meet The Technical And Legal Requirements To Verify The Realization Of This Public Tender.
