Tenders Are Invited For Designing And Performing The Task: Expansion Of The Access Control System, Television Supervisory System, Alarm Supervision System In Building No. 112.

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design And Implementation Of The Task: Expansion Of The Access Control System, Television Supervision System, Alarm Supervision System In Building No. 112 In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In Swz. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Described By: 1) Functional And Utility Program-Annex 2 To Swz; 2) The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract-Annex 12 To Swz 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers. The Order In Question Is Part Of The Order Covering Construction Works For The Employer. The Contracting Authority Awards The Contract In Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure For The Award Of The Contract. 4. The Warranty For Construction Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Is: 24 - 48 Months (The Warranty Period Is The Non -Price Criterion For Evaluation Of Offers). 5. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Subcontractors Order (Subcontractors). 6. The Contracting Authority Requires That In The Event Of Entrusting Part Of The Order To Subcontractors, The Contractor Indicates In The Offer Part Of The Contract, The Performance Of Which Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provided (If They Know The Names (Companies) Of These Subcontractors At This Stage). 7. The Employer Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Do The Contractor In Person Key Parts Of The Contract. 8. It Is Recommended That The Contractor Make A Local Vision Of The Area, And Also Obtain, For His Responsibility And Risk, All Additional Information That May Be Useful To Prepare The Offer And To Conclude A Contract And Perform The Contract. It Is Possible To Make A Local Vision, After Prior Written Email, Determining The Date Of The Local Vision. The Ordering Party Based On The Provision Of Art. 95 Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, It Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractor Employ People Performing Physical, Auxiliary And Equipment Operators On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship. Employment Regulations Under An Employment Contract Were Included In §25 Of The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract - Annex 11 To Swz.
