Modernization Of The Nursery Playground At Łokieka Street No. 2 In Otmuchów Construction Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Attached Project Documentation Under Which It Should Be Done, Among Others. Performance Of Demolition Works, B. Execution Of Earthworks, C. Performing Works Modifying The Area, D. Performing Works Development, E. Planting (Purchase Of Materials And Plants Used For Land Development), F. Purchase And Assembly Of Small Architecture Facilities, G. Purchase And Assembly Of Equipment Permanently Related To The Land, H. Purchase And Assembly Of Equipment Not Related To The Ground, I. Purchase And Assembly Of The Surface, J. Purchase And Assembly Of Equipment Ensuring Shade In The Form Of A Sail, K. Making Safe Surface On Common Parts, L. Purchase Of 2 Play Scarves And Accessories (Scarf + Ball), 2. Execution Of Construction Works On The Basis Of The Developed Documentation, 3. Implementation Of As -Built Documentation With As -Built Maps. The Detailed Scope Of The Task Is Determined By: 1) Design Documentation, 2) Bill Of Quantities, 3) Technical Specification. The Ranges Of Work To Be Carried Out Are Included In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Works. The Employer Also Attachs The Bill Of Quantities, Which Is Only Used To Supplement The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. In The Event Of A Discrepancy Between The Descriptions Of Works For Execution In The Project Documentation And The Descriptions Of Works In The Attached Pre -City, The Basis For Determining The Description Of Works Is The Design Documentation (Technical Documentation). The Contractor Will Meet The Subject Of The Contract From Own Materials. These Materials Must Meet The Requirements Of Products Approved For Trading And Application In Construction Specified In Art. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law. All Materials Used Should Correspond To Technical Standards Or Approvals And Have Documents Such As: Approval Or Certificate Or Certificate Of Compliance Or Declaration Of Compliance.
