A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex I.4 To Swz And In The Documents Referred To In Point 3.4. Swz.4. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Contained In Annex I.6 To Swz. 5. The Contractor Will Guarantee A Guarantee For Works Covered By The Contract For A Period Of Min. 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Contract And Warranty For Disadvantages Of Works For A Period Exceeding The Warranty By 6 Months. Note: An Additional Warranty For Works (Warranty Extension Period) Is Scored In Accordance With The Criteria For The Evaluation Of Offers Specified In Point 30.2. Swz.6.
