    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service Consisting In The Duties Of An Investor Supervision Inspector In The Field Of Supervising, Controlling And Accounting For Construction Works. 2. The Order Includes Investor Supervision Over The Following Task: Reconstruction And Construction Of A Water Supply Network In Szczawnica On Ul. Skotnicka - Stage Ii, In The Sanitary Industry. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. Documentation Regarding The Work Covered By The Supervision Is Available On The Website Of The Proceedings Https://Platformazakupowa.Pl/Pn/Szczawnica 5. The Contracting Authority Requires The Stay (Physical Presence) Of The Investor Supervision Inspector-Korenator: In The Sanitary Industry - At The Construction Site At Least 2 Hours A Week, Which Can Be Increased By The Contractor By 2 Hours. The Correct Fulfillment Of The Obligations Arising From Supervision May Require The Investor Supervision Inspector At The Construction Site For A Long Time Than The One Who Indicated In The Offer Form. In This Case, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To An Additional Salary.
