    1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Playground On Journal Of Laws No. 792 In Kostrzyn, The Municipality Of Wyśmierzyce And On Journal Of Laws No. 1861/1 In Wyśmierzyce As Part Of The Task Entitled Active Playgrounds In The Wyśmierzyce Commune. The Devices Must Be In Line With The Current Pn Standard - En 1176. Compliance With The Norm Must Be A Certificate Issued By An Unit With The Accreditation Of The Polish Center For Accreditation Or Another Unit Issuing Accreditation That Meets The Requirements In The Scope Of Accreditation Specified In The Regulation Of The European Parliament And The Council (Ec) No. 765/2008. Products Approved And Applied In Construction Specified In Article 10 Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418) And In The Act Of 16 April 2004 On Construction Products (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1213, Item 1213, As Amended Show The Certificate Or Declaration Of Compliance With The Polish Norm Or Technical Approval In Relation To The Indicated Materials. Technical, Applicable Standards Of Equipment Manufacturers And With Due Diligence. Performed In The Area Of ​​The Object Used. Construction, The Employer Demands The Submission Of The Injected Means Of Evidence To Confirm The Compliance Of The Playground Equipment (Devices), I.E.:  Technical Cards For All Play Equipment That Is To Be Built -In; Unit Issuing Accreditation That Meets The Requirements In The Scope Of Accreditation Specified In The Regulation Of The European Parliament And Of The Council (Ec) No. 765/2008; Points Above.
