1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Arrangement Of The Interior Of The Railway Station Building In Ożarów Mazowiecki For The Public Building 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: Toilet Equipment- Selection Of Permanent Equipment And A Movable Interior! The Detailed Scope Of Work Is In The Pre -City Of Works. 3. The Layout Of The Rooms In The Arrangement Part Of The Building Does Not Change. On The Ground Floor There Will Be A Waiting Room - Reading, A Room Intended For The Meeting Place For Residents, A Small Press Reading Room. As Part Of The Ground Floor, A Generally Accessible Toilet And Entrance Hall Leading Up To The Right Part Of The Library Will Be Adapted. Library Rooms, Reading Room And Rental For Adults And Children As Well As A Room For Young People Will Be Built On The Floor. One Of The Rooms Will Act As An Office And A Resource Development Room At The Same Time. Due To The Small Size Of The Adapted Surface, Additional Social Rooms Were Abandoned. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In Annex 1 To Swz, Which Consists Of: - Interior Design Project - Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Bill Of Quantities6. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes All The Elements Listed In Any Part Of The Studies Consisting Of Annex 1 To This Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract (Swz), And Affecting The Offer Price Of The Subject Of The Contract. 7. The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With Art. 100 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Requires That The Subject Of The Contract As An Order Intended For The Use Of Natural Persons Meet The Requirements For Availability For All Users, Including Disabled People. It Is Required To Fulfill The Order In Such A Way That The Natural Persons Listed Above Can Use It Without Any Difficulties And Restrictions. The Detailed Requirements Are Specified In The Tender Documentation, I.E. Annex 1 To Swz. 8. When Fulfilling The Contract Covered By The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure - To The Extent Corresponding To The Subject Of The Contract And Its Properties - Availability (Architectural, Digital And Information And Communication) To Persons With Special Needs, At Least To The Extent Specified By The Minimum Requirements Referred To In Art. 6 Of The Act Of 19 July 2019 On Ensuring Availability Of People With Special Needs. 9.
