    1. Part 1 Of The Order: Renovation Works Performed In The Years 2025 And 2026 In Emergency Mode Together With Repair Works In Facilities In The City Of Gdańsk: Primary Schools, Kindergartens, Social Welfare Homes, Nurseries, Special Primary Schools, Technique, General High Schools, Art Schools, Special Vocational Schools, Care And Educational Institutions, Special School And Educational Centers, Specialist Clinics, Extracurricular Education Institutions, Boarding Schools And School Dormitories - In The Construction Industry. 2. The Contracting Authority Provides For Submission Of Partial Offers. The Contractor May Submit Only One Offer Only For One Part Of The Order, Freely Selected From The Three Parts Of The Subject Of The Contract. Thus, The Contracting Authority Limits The Number Of Parts To Which The Contractor May Submit An Offer. One Part Of The Order May Be Awarded To One Contractor. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of The Implementation Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 7.1, 7.2 And 7.3 To Swz, Respectively For A Given Part Of The Order. Other Terms Of The Contract Were Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement, Constituting Annex 8 To Swz.4. The Deadline For The Contract:- Start Date: Not Earlier Than 01.12.2025- Completion Date: 31.12.2026, Which Will Be Reduced In The Event Of Earlier Achievement Of The Remuneration Limit Specified In § 3 Of The Planned Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract. It Is Necessary To Ensure And Terminate The Contract From 01.12.2025 To 31.12.2026. Payment For Work Will Take Place After Their Completion And Invoicing, I.E. In 2026.
