    Work Detail

    1.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design And Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of The Cultural And Historical Trail Along The Żylica Stream In Szczyrk Along With The Construction Of The Graduation Tower And The Development Of The Area Around It-In The Formula Design And Build And Obtain From The Competent Authorities Permits/Decisions Authorizing The Start Of The Investment And Relevant Documents Authorizing It To Proceed With Its Use. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Consists Of Two Stages: 1) Stage I - Development Of Multi -Branch Project Documentation Based On A Functional And Utility Program Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Implementation Of Project Documentation Includes, Among Others: Land Development Project, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design, Executive Design, Together With Investor Cost Estimates, Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Along With A Set Of Opinions, Arrangements, Technical Conditions Required By Applicable Law, And Necessary For Obtaining (If Required) Permit And/Or Notification Of Construction Works For The Investment In Question. 2) Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works Based On Developed Project Documentation As Well As Appropriate Legal Provisions And Standards.
