1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Municipal Road - Fog Street In Świecie With Infrastructure. 2. The Beginning Of The Construction Is In Connection With Wodna Street, While The End Is A Dizzy For Trucks. 3. The Project Will Consist Of: • Making A New Road Surface; • Construction Of Bilateral Pavements; • Construction Of Individual Conventions; • Reconstruction Of Public Congresses; • Execution Of Green Areas; • A Horizontal And Vertical Marking; • Construction Of A Rainwater Sewage System; • Construction Of Sanitary Sewage System; • Construction Of A Water Supply Network; • Street Lighting; Electricity Sewage Pumping Station. 4. As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To: • Introduction Together With The Maintenance Of Temporary Marking Of The Construction In Accordance With The Project Of Temporary Traffic Organization Performed And Approved By The Contractor; • Notification Of The Commencement Of Works And Obtaining A Permit For Use Or Submission Of A Notification Of Completion Of Construction Works In The Appropriate Building Supervision Authority And Submitting The Contracting Authority Or A Document Confirming The Effectiveness Of This Notification. The Contractor On His Own Determines What Parts Of The Subject Of The Contract And At What Time They Require Such Permits Or Submission Of A Notification. The Contracting Authority Will Grant The Contractors To Relevant Powers Of Attorney In This Respect. The Final Acceptance Will Take Place After The Contractor Obtained The Use Permit Or After An Effective Notification Of The Authority About The Completion Of The Construction; • Dehydration And Strengthening Of The Excavations For The Duration Of The Works According To The Contractors Solutions And To The Extent Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract; The Method Of Strengthening And Dehydration Of Excavations Is Obliged To Develop On His Own And Agree With Investors Supervision; • Execution Of Trial And Control Excavations (In Order To Identify Any Discrepancies Between The Inventory Infrastructure In The Design Documentation And Recording Resources, And The Actual State); The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform These Excavations In Advance To Provide The Ordering Party And Investors Supervision At Least 2 Weeks Before The Planned Date Of Completion Of Works On A Given Section, The Results Of The Data Analysis Obtained Under These Excavations At An Angle Of The Collision Of Existing Weapons With The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Not Provided For In The Design Documentation; Updating All Arrangements (Whose Validity Expired) With Institutions, Public Administration Bodies And Gestors Of Underground And Above -Ground Networks. The Above May Not Be The Reason For Claims Related To The Shift Of The Planned Date And The Implementation Of Additional Construction Works. The Contracting Authority Will Grant The Contractors To Relevant Powers Of Attorney In This Respect; • Geodetic Defau
