Tenders Are Invited For Development Of Project And Cost Of Internal Gas Installation And Central Heating Installation As Well As Hot And Cold Water For Premises Owned By The Municipality Of Gdańsk.

1. Development Of Project And Cost Of Internal Gas Installation For 5 Municipal Premises Located At Ul. St. Wojciech 231 Lok. 1, 5A, 6 And 7 And Ul. Warszawska 46 And The Development Of Project And Cost Documentation For The Internal Central Heating Installation From The Connection To The Municipal Heating Network For 2 Municipal Premises Located At Ul. English Grobla 7B Lok. 10B And Ul. English Grobla 7E Lok. 42 In Gdańsk. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Is: A) The Implementation Of The Project And Cost Documentation Of The Internal Gas Installation Or The Internal Central Heating Installation With Connection To The Municipal Heating Network With Gas Devices, Which Is A Heat Source For Heating In Municipal Premises In The Scope Required To Obtain A Final Building Permit With Information On Safety And Health Protection (Bioz). B) Solutions To Change The Method Of Heating From Existing Heat Sources For Solid Fuel Or Other Solutions For Gas Or Urban Heating. E) As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Design Unit Is Also Obliged To Participate In The Procedure Of Selecting The Contractor, Including By Providing Answers, Explanations And Supplementations, And Possible Corrections In The Documentation During The Public Procurement Procedure. By The Competent Architectural Bodies - Construction And By Units Giving Opinions (I.E., E.G. The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments) At The Stage Of Obtaining A Building Permit Decision Or Waiting To Accept The Application And Reported By The Investor Supervision Inspector, H) Fulfillment Of The Obligation In Accordance With Art. 36 And Para. 6 Of The Construction Law, I) Exercising Authors Supervision In The Scope Of:- Statements In The Course Of Construction Works Compliance With The Project,- Agreeing The Possibility Of Introducing Replacement Solutions In Relation To The Project Provided For In The Project And Reported By The Construction Manager Or Investor Supervision Inspector And In Accordance With The Concluded Contract. 3. Details Of The Subject Of The Contract Were Specified In Point 3 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
