Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of A Multifunctional Field With Land Development Behind The School In Sarnów.

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Project And Cost Documentation Covering The Land Development Project, Technical Design, Executive Design, Investor Cost Estimates And The Number Of Works, Technical Specifications For The Performance And Receipt Of Construction Works As Well As Other Studies Necessary To Fulfill All The Assumed Functions With Obtaining The Final Decision On The Building Permit Or Lack Of Objection To Submitting Construction Works And Performing Authors Supervision During Implementation Of The Investment On The Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Multifunctional Field Together With The Land Development Behind The School In Sarnów, At Ul. Szkolna 5 On Plot No. 311.2. Basic Design Assumptions. As Part Of The Task, One Joint Construction And Performance Project Should Be Developed, Including The Entire Investment, I.E. The Modernization Of The Multi-Functional Field And The Modernization Of The Playground, The Gym, Along With The Development Of The Escarpment And The Installation Of Devices For Kalisteniki/ Street Workout. For The Needs Of The Project, The Development Should Contain Two Separate Entities Of Works And Investor Cost Estimates: 1). Cost Estimate For The Modernization Of The Multifunctional Pitch. 2) The Bill Of Quantity And Cost Estimate For The Modernization Of The Playground, The Gym Together With The Development Of The Slope And The Assembly Of Devices For Kalisteniki/ Street Workout.3. The Scope Of The Design Study Includes: 1) Modernization Of The Multifunctional Pitch In The Field Of Replacement Of Surfaces, Footballs, Restoration Of The Treadmill, Replacement Of Sports Equipment, Assembly Of Seats For Players And Viewers With A Clear Division Of The Existing Facility Into Two Independent Pitches (Multifunctional And Football Field), 2) Modernization Of The Playground In The Field An External Gym In Terms Of Alignment Of Paving Pavements, 3) Construction Of The Kalisteniki / Street Workout Zone Consisting In Making A Safe Surface With The Installation Of Exercise Equipment, 4) Developing The Slope Consisting In The Installation Of Seats Along With Access And Performing Anti -Erosion Protection, If Necessary, 5) Replacement Of Existing Devices Of Small Architecture - Applies To Playground, Gyms Land Use 7. The Full, Detailed And Comprehensive Description Of The Subject And Requirements Of The Employer In The Scope Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By: 7.1.
