    1. The Subject Of The Procedure And Contract Is The Selection Of A Contractor In The Field Of Purchase And Assembly Of Power Generators For Buildings Of The Jagiellonian University Collegium Medicum At Ul. Medical 7 And 9 In Krakow Together With The Completion Of Accompanying Works.1.1 The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Purchase And Assembly Of Two Container Power Generators And The Construction Of Nn Power Cable Energy Lines With Hardening Of The Area Under The Aggregate At Ul. Medical 7 And 9 In Krakow, Constituting The Construction Of An Emergency Power Supply Installation Of Buildings Of The Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum. 1.2 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Annulment Of The Proceedings In Question, If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract, Were Not Granted To Him. Failure Of The Works Agregate 260, From Agrede Of Agregate 400, Additional Information For The Tender For The Supply Of Power Generators Ul. Medical 7 And 9, Building Permit, Stwiorb, Which Is An Integral Part Of Swz. This Description Should Be Read Along With Possible Changes In Swz Content, Which Is, For Example, The Result Of Answers To Contractors Questions. The Contractor Must Offer The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In Swz And Attachments To Swz.2. Other Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Were Described In Swz And Attachments To Swz.
