    The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery, Assembly Of Aed Defibrillators And Capsule For Storage With Information Boards And Training - Stage I And Stage Ii, In Accordance With The Quantities And Requirements Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex 1A To Swz.1. In The Case Of Indications In The Documents Of The Order Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Special Process, Which Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Contracting Authority Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials Described. 2. In The Event Of An Indication In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Of Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Pzp Act, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. 3. The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions, Is Obliged To Show That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. In This Case, The Contractor Attach To The Offer Documents Confirming The Equivalence Of The Offered Solutions. The Burden Of Proving Equivalence Rests With The Contractor. The Contractor Shows Equivalence Using Any (Reliable) Measures. Failure To Balance Results In Rejection Of The Offer As Incompatible With The Terms Of The Order.
