1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase, Delivery Along With The Training Of The Personnel Of The Contracting Authority Of A New Agricultural Tractor For The Purposes Of The Implementation Of Project No. 1 Mon. Co -Financing The Project Of The Świętokrzyskie Voivodship Co -Financed From The European Regional Development Fund Under The European Funds Program For Świętokrzyskie 2021-2027. The Order Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) - Annex 7 To Swz. 2. The Car Must Meet The Technical Requirements Specified In Poland In Force In Poland For Vehicles Moving On Public Roads, Including The Technical Conditions Arising From The Act Of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1047, As Amended) And Executive Regulations To This Act, Including Approval, Issued In Accordance With The Abovementioned By Law. 3. Place Of Delivery: The Świętokrzyskie And Nadnidziński Landscape Parks Team - Nature Education Center In Umianowice, Ul. Landscape Parks 7, 28-404 Sticks. 4. The Contracting Authority Requires: A) The Subject Of The Contract To Be Factory -New, Produced 2025, B) Full -Fledged, Which Has Approval And Is Free From Physical (Construction, Material, Executive) And Legal Defects, C) For Use To European Markets For Right -Hand Traffic (Steering Wheel On The Left), D) The Contractor, At The Time Of Receipt By The Contracting Authority, Submitted To The Ordering Party For Operation (Vehicle Card, Lift From Approval Certificate, Warranty Book, User Manual In Polish). 5. The Minimum Warranty Period Required By The Ordering Party: A) Mechanical Warranty On The Tractor - Includes Mechanical Efficiency Of The Vehicle And All Its Components And Peripherals. The Warranty Applies To Hidden Defects, Assembly Errors And Other Defects Not Resulting From Normal Operation - Min. 24 Months. The Contractor Will Grant The Employer A Warranty On The Delivered Tractor For The Period Indicated In The Offer From The Date Of Signing By Representatives Of The Parties To The Tractor Acceptance Report (Application Of The Tor). In The Warranty Period, All Repair Costs, Including Travel, The Cost Of Materials And Spare Parts, With The Exception Of Materials And Consumables Subject To Natural Consumption, Shall Be Borne By The Contractor.B) The Contractor Will Provide Free Service Reviews - Technical Technical Specified In The Operating Instructions Or Other Documents Provided With The Vehicle, Resulting From The Requirements Of The Vehicle Manufacturer In The Period Of Min. 12 Months, Calculated From The Date Of Signing By The Parties To The Tractor Acceptance Report. Expected Tractor Working Time During The Year About 300 - 400 Mth.
