1 2. The Subject Of The Contract Was Described In Detail In Annex 1 To Swz Table - Technical Specification. 3. Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Were Included In The Draft Contract. 4. For The Completed Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Himself Specifies The Warranty And Warranty Period Taking Into Account A Minimum Of 12 Required Monthly Warranty Period And Warranty For Defects Of The Work Performed With A Limit Of 1500 Hours, Calculated From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Without Reservations. The Contractor Proposes The Warranty Period In The Offer Form In The Offer Form Attached No. 1 To Swz, In Accordance With The Arrangements In Chapter Xvi (Description Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria). 5. Failure To Be Provided In Annex 1 To Swz In The Marek Table, Model/Type Of Vehicle Offered Will Reject The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Item 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Required Data Is Indicated In The Offer Form (Annex 1 To Swz) Table - Technical Specification. 6. The Employer Does Not Specify In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Any Requirements For Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Contract Of Persons Performing The Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 §1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code, As The Subject Of The Contract Is Delivery. 7. The Contracting Authority Demands That The Contractor Indicate A Part Of The Contract, The Performance Of Which Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Providing Subcontractors By The Contractor. 8. The Vehicle Must Be Brand New. By The Term Factory New, The Contracting Authority Understands The Vehicle Made Of New Elements, Without Signs Of Damage, Not Poleting (According To The Pwn Dictionary, It Means - Just Made, Not Used, Not Damaged, Recently Acquired, Recently Acquired, Freshly Created, Not Refused). 9. The Contracting Authority Performs The Subject Of The Contract In Connection With The Application For Subsidy For Co -Financing Own Tasks In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Annulment Of The Procedure For The Award Of This Contract, If The Public Funds That The Employer Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Will Not Be Granted To Him. The Planned Date Of Resolving The Competition And Receipt Of A Subsidy In Which The Employer Shall Submit An Application For Co -Financing Is September/October 2025.
