The Subject Of The Order Is: Successive Delivery Of Reagents Of The Company: S.Witko Chs, Baker, Chem-Lab Or Equivalent To The Needs Of Units Of The Medical University Of Piastów Śląskie In Wrocław; The Reagents Belong To Group 8 (I.E. Chemical Reagents To Highly Specialized Applications). The Order Of The Contract Was Described In Detail In Detail And Type In The Assortment And Price Sheet Constituting An Annex 2 To Swz (Part 1). However, The Quantities Given In The Sheet Are Only A Forecast Needed To Compare Offers. In The Course Of The Contract, The Employer Will Order Reagents In Quantities In Accordance With The Actual Needs Of Users. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Not Use The Entire Assortment From The Assortment And Price Sheet Annex 2 To Swz (Part 1) And Not Using The Entire Contractual Amount, With The Proviso That The Contracting Authority Guarantees The Contractor The Implementation Of Deliveries With A Value Of Not Less Than 40 % Of The Contractual Amount. In Cases Where Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Special Process That Characterized The Products Provided By A Specific Contractor Have Been Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, This Means That The Contracting Authority Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Contract In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way. In Such Situations, Possible Indications Of Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Special Process Should Be Read With Or Equivalent Words.
