1. The Subject Of The Order Are Postal Services Consisting Of: A. Sending And Delivery Of Non -Registered And Registered Mail, In Domestic And Foreign Trading, Priority And Economic In The Formats: S, M, L; B. Sending And Delivery Of Postal Parcels With Confirmation Of Receipt, In Domestic And Foreign Trading, Priority And Economic In Formats: S, M, L; C. Return Of Postal Parcels To The Ordering Party After Exhausting The Possibility Of Providing Them To The Addressees.D. Receipt Of Parcels From The Ordering Partys Headquarters 5 Days A Week, I.E. From Monday To Friday, Except For Public Holidays, In Hours Set With The Selected Contractor And Delivery Of Shipments To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party From Monday To Friday To The Time To The Hour Agreed With The Selected Contractor. 2. The Provision Of Postal Services Consisting In Accepting Letter Parcels, Postal Packages, Including Registered Shipments (Hereinafter Referred To As Shipments), In Domestic And Foreign Trade, Movement And Delivery To The Addressees, Making Any Refunds Of Underpired Shipments, Conducting Complaint Proceedings, In Accordance With The Act Of 23 November 2012 Postal Law. 3. The Amounts Of Correspondence Given By The Employer Are Estimated Amounts. The Actual Number Of Services Provided Will Depend On The Needs Of The Employer, And The Definition Of The Maximum Nominal Value In The Contract Cannot (In Case Of Smaller Needs) Be The Basis For Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. The Contracting Authority Informs That The Contract Will Be Completed A Minimum Of 30% In Relation To The Quantity Specified In Annex 1.1 - The Price Form To Swz, Which Is Submitted With The Offer. The Price Form Is The Content Of The Submitted Offer And Is Not Completed. 4. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: By Postal Parcels, Which Are The Subject Of The Contract, The Parcels Are Understood:  Normal Letter Unregistered - Unregistered Shipment Not By Shipment Of The Fastest Category;  Plain Letter Unregistered Priority - Unregistered Parcel Which Is The Shipment Of The Fastest Category;  Foreign Letter Not Registered Prioritized Which Is The Shipment Of The Fastest Category In Zone A;  Registered Letter - A Registered Shipment Not By Shipping The Fastest Category;  Priority Registered Letter - A Registered Shipment That Is A Shipment Of The Fastest Category;  Registered Letter With Receipt Confirmation - Registered Shipment. Recommended By Confirmation Of Priority Receipt - Registered Shipment, Which Is A Shipment Of The Fastest Category Adopted With Confirmation Of Posting And Delivery With Receipt;  Foreign Letter, Priority Registered With Confirmation Postal Accepted, Sorted, Moved And Delivered In A Way That Ensures: Direct Receipt Of The Parcel From The Broadcaster, Tracking Postage From Sending To Service, Delivery Of The Parcel Within A Guaranteed Time Directly To The Hands Of The Addressee Or The Person Authorized To Receive, Obtaining A Receipt Of Receipt Of
