The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Computer Equipment For The Needs Of The Municipal Office In Brzesko. 1) Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: A) Delivery Of Laptops: • Delivery Of Ten Laptop Pieces + One Portoplast Replicator) Delivery Of Complete Computer Sets: • Delivery Of Forty Nine Of The Same Complete Computer Sets, Which Include: Stationary Unit With A Monitor, Wiring Necessary To Launch The Position (Signal And Power Supply) As Well As Keyboard And Mouse. General Requirements Regarding Equipment: A) All Supplied Devices Must Be Brand New, Without Defects And Damage, Unregenerated, Unused And Not The Subject Of Exhibitions And Presentations, And If It Has Not Been Specified Differently In The Detailed Requirements For Devices, Produced Not Earlier Than 2023. B) All Devices Will Come From The Official European Distribution Channel For The Polish Market. All Devices Must Be Supplied In The Original Packaging Of The Manufacturer, D) All Devices Should Be In Line With Eu Standards And Intended For The Eu Market, And Should Have Ce.E Certificate) The Delivered Equipment Should Be Complete And Ready To Start, So That It Is Not Necessary To Buy Additional Elements Or Accessories, F) The Contractor Will Provide Appropriate Confirmation Of The Equipment Guarantee And Ensuring That The Equipment Is Covered By The Manufacturers Warranty Provided By The Manufacturer Or His Authorized Service Partner With The Implemented Standard Min. Pn-En Iso 9001 Or Equivalent.H) Equipment Supplied As Part Of This Order Should Be Covered By Min. 36 -Month Warranty And Manufacturers Support, Unless The Warranty Period And Conditions Were Additionally Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Specific Equipment/Equipment. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Employer With: Removing All Defects And Irregularities Arising From The Standard And Intended Use Of The Subject Of The Contract.
