1) Task I- Winter Maintenance Of Pavements, Bicycle Paths And Pedestrian And Bicycle Routes In The City Of Piła In The Winter Season 2025/2026- An Isy Zone. Isyte Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Attachments Describing The Subject Of The Contract:- Sprinkling Pavements, Bicycle Routes And Pedestrian And Bicycle Routes In The Amount Of 0.2Kg/M2 Sand- Mechanical And Manual Transmission Of Bicycle Paths, Pavements And Pedestrian And Bicycle Routes- Additional Order- Mechanical And Manual Snow Removal Of Bicycle Routes, Pavements And Pedestrian And Bicycle Routes- Additional Order- Sprinkling Pavements, Bicycle Routes And Pedestrian And Bicycle Routes In The Amount Of 0.2Kg/M2 Sand- Various Services- Snow, Ice To The Waste Landfill Or Other Place Indicated By The Ordering Service. Maintenance- Emergency Cleaning Of Pavements, Bicycle Paths Of Pedestrian And Bicycle Routes In The City Of Piła. 2. During The Implementation Of The Task, The Contractor Must Have A Storage Warehouse Min. 25 Tons Of Sand (Applies Separately To Task 1 And Task 2). 3. During The Implementation Of The Task, The Contractor Will Have Equipment In The Amount Of 1 Mechanical Sweeper For Horizontal Purification. The Equipment Must Be Equipped With Devices Monitoring Its Work And A System Of Sprinkling A Sweeping Surface (It Applies Separately To Task I And Tasks Ii). In Connection With The Above, The Contracting Authority By 31.01.2026 Requires Submitting A Document Confirming The Disposal Of The Abovementioned Equipment In The Event Of Not Providing Equipment On The Contractor Will Be Imposed A Penalty Of A Contract Specified In The Draft Contract. (Annex No. 3.1 And 3.2 To Swz). 4. The Contracting Authority Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract Of Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Contract, In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws 2020 Item 1320, As Amended). 5. Detailed Requirements For The Implementation And Enforcement Of The Employment Requirement On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Were Specified In The Draft Contract (Annex 3.1 And 3.2 To Swz). 6. During The Implementation Of The Task, The Contractor Will Have The Right To Perform A Specific Activity Or Activities If The Law Imposes The Obligation To Have Them. During The Implementation Of The Above Task, The Contractor Must Be In The Register Of Waste Management Entities (Bdo), In Accordance With Art. 50 Para. 1 Point 5 Of The Waste Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 779). 7. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Determined By The Attachments To The Draft Contracts (Annex 3.1 And 3.2 To Swz). 8. The Contracting Authority Does Not Require The Submission Of The Subjective Measures.
