1. Delivery In The Form Of An Operational Lease Of A Factory New 9 -Passenger Car For The Miłki Commune Office. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: Conclude An Operational Leasing Contract For A Period Of 60 Months; 1) Presenting The Applicable And Unchanged Offer Gross Vehicle.2) Vehicle Insurance Does Not Constitute An Element Of The Offer. The Thin -Like Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 2 Opz2. The Contractor Provides: 1) The Supplier On The Day Of Delivery, Will Train Free Users In The Field Of Operation And Service Of The Delivered Car; 2) The Supplier Guarantees That The Car Being The Subject Of The Contract Is Free From Construction, Material, Executive And Legal Defects, Factory -New Not Older Than October 2024; 3) On The Day Of Receipt Of The Equipment In Question, The Supplier Shall Provide The Employer With Documents Specifying The Service Conditions, User Manuals, Technical Review. 3. If The Contractor Finds That The National Standards Or European Standards Or International Standards Used In Swz And In Attachments May Indicate Product Manufacturers Or Sources Of Their Origin, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions In This Respect. This Means That The Main Technical Parameters And That Are Important To Achieve The Goal Of The Products Indicated In This Way, Determine The Minimum Expectations Required By The Employer As To The Quality Of Products That Are To Be Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract. In Addition, In Each Case, The Statement That The Description Or Feature Of The Product Described, Which May Indicate The Source Of Origin Or Manufacturer, Is Also Entitled To Use Equivalent Products, Which Are Understood By Those That Have Technical Parameters No Worse Than Those Indicated In Swz And/Or In The Attachments To Swz. It Is Also Allowed To Demonstrate This Equivalence Of Standards Equivalent To Those Indicated In Opz Or Commonly Applicable. The Contractor Has The Burden Of Equivalence. When Selecting Equipment And Equivalent Equipment, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Ensure The Achievement Of Indicators Specified In The Opz And To Ensure Comparativeness Of Offers Equivalent Products Must Be At A Price Comparable To The Indicated Product. 4. Financing Conditions: 1) Purchase Of A Car Will Be Financed By A Leasing Company Or A Car Dealer Called The Financing Party. 2) Currency Of The Leasing Contract - Pln. 3) Monthly Installments According To A Fixed Interest Rate. 4) Leasing Period - 60 Months. 5) Number Of Installments - 59 6) Initial Fee Of Up To 25 % Of The Gross Value. 7) The Leasing Installment Should Contain Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Leasing Contract, I.E. Commissions, Manipulative Fees, All Transport Costs To The Destination, Employee Training, Etc. - In The Capital Part. 8) After The Leasing Agreement Is Completed, With The Moment Of Payment Of The Last Leasing Installment, The Employer Will Buy The Subject Of The Leasing At A Price Equal To Its Final
