Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of Electricity For The Needs Of Buildings And Office Premises, Street Lighting And Municipal Equipment Of The Malechowo Commune In The Period From 01.01.2026 To 31.12.2027

1. The Subject Of This Procedure Is The Supply Of Electricity For Objects (Energy Consumption Points, Hereinafter Also Ppe) Listed In Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, In The Amount Of 1 753 966 Kwh.2. Electricity Demand Given In Paragraph 4.1. Swz Is A Basic Order. In The Course Of The Order, The Employer Reserves The Right To Reduce The Value Of The Order In The Range Of Up To 15% Or Increase The Value Of The Order In The Range To 15% Relative To The Basic Amount Of Electricity For Energy Supply. The Order Value Will Increase On The Basis Of The Right Option. Detailed Information Is Included In The Draft Contract (Annex 2). 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In Annex 1 To Swz, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 10 April 1997 Energy Law. Other Conditions Regarding The Performance Of The Contract Were Specified In The Designed Provisions Of The Contract For The Supply Of Electricity - Annex 2 To Swz.4. Distribution Services Will Be Provided On The Basis Of Separate Distribution Agreements Concluded By The Ordering Party With The Relevant Distribution System Operator (Called Osd) - The Dso Data Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz. The Reserve Seller Is: Energa Obrót S.A.5. Requirements (Obligations) Of The Contractor Were Described In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract For The Supply Of Electricity Constituting Annex 2 To Swz. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform Actions Arising From The Power Of Attachment, Constituting Annex 2A To The Contract For The Supply Of Electricity, Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract. The Contracting Authority Will Grant The Contractor To The Contractor 6. Distribution Services Will Be Provided On The Basis Of Separate Distribution Agreements Concluded By The Ordering Party With The Relevant Operator Of The Distribution System (Called Osd) - Dso Data Are Included In Annex 1 To Swz. The Reserve Seller Is: Energa Obrót S.A.7. Requirements (Obligations) Of The Contractor Were Described In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract For The Supply Of Electricity Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.
