The Subject Of The Order Is A Catching, Admission To The Animal Shelter And Maintaining Homeless Dogs Caught From The Gołdap Commune (Estimated Number Of Dogs Caught About 30-40 Per Year) By Performing The Following Activities: 1. Catching, Catching And Transporting To The Shelter Of Homeless Dogs With Equipment For These Adapted Purposes, Enabling Safe And Humanitarian, As Well As The Least Burdensome For The Animal To Perform The Above Activity; 2. Performing Veterinary Services Such As: Vaccinations, Deworming, Tubes, Sterilization, Castration, Treatment Of Sick Animals, Sleeping Blind Litters, Euthanasia Of Animals Not Prognosis For Further Survival After Obtaining The Opinion Of A Veterinarian; 4. Taking Actions Aimed At Finding The Owner And Return To Dog Owners Placed In The Shelter, After They Document The Rights To The Animal; 5. Marking The Dog With A Microchip After 14 Days From The Moment The Dog Was Admitted To The Shelter; 6. The Contractor Should Be In A Generally Accepted Way (Advertisements In The Media, Website, Social Networking Sites, Etc.) To Inform Residents About The Hostel And Encourage Them To Adopt Dogs. 8. General Requirements For The Performance Of The Service: 1. Applications For The Catching Of Homeless Animals Will Be Made Only By Employees Of The Municipal Office Of The Municipal Office In Gołdap, Which The Contractor Will Accept 5 Days A Week, Within 2 Hours Of Notification On Business Days. The Contractor In An Emergency Will Be Obliged To Catch The
