    4. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Winter Maintenance Of Roads, Pavements, Stops And Squares Includes In Particular: A) Snow Removal From The Entire Width Of The Streets, Pavements, Squares, Bus Bays, Stops And Maintaining Constant Passability, B) Removing Winter Slippery Using Appropriate Agents Causing Rough Surfaces, C) Sprinkling With Sand Or Other Appropriate Means The Roughness Of The Pavement After The Snow And Ice,- Streets Of The First Maintenance- According To The List In Annex 2 To Swz,- Streets, Sidewalks, Stops, Squares And Communal Parking Lots Included In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 1 To Swz, 2) As Part Of This Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) And Internal, Streets,) Bus Bays, Stops, Pavements, Squares, Parking Lots In The Commune; B) Preventing And Removing Sluggishness By The Use Of Chemicals Or Increasing Adhesion By Improving Friction (E.G. Sand, Salt); C) Snow Removal In Place Indicated By The Contracting Authority (In Case Of Abundant Rainfall) To The Clear Order Of The Ordering Party, D) Equipment And Ongoing Control Of Roads As Part Of Winter Shares; E) Ensuring 24-Hour Permanent Telephone Communication Or E-Mail With The Employer To Accept Applications From The Employers Employee-Order Confirmed By Sms Or E-Mail And Reporting To The Employee Of The Ordering Person On The Road; F) With Intense, Long-Lasting Snowfall, Strong Winds Causing The Creation Of Snow And Snowy, It Should Be Focused On Ensuring The Passage Of Roads Of The Greatest Communication Importance;
