The Subject Of The Contract Is The Lease Of The Supplied Biochemical Analyzer Together With The Participation In The Standlab Control According To The List Contained In Annex 1A To Swz And The Successive Delivery Of Analytical Reagents And Consumables For This Analyzer. The Contracting Authority Will Call The Contractor, Whose Offer Was Selected As The Best To Make A Statement: On Ensuring A Free Participation In Standlab Control And Providing Substantive Care During The Contract. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Allowed To Marketing In Poland. The Contracting Authority Requires The Submission Of By The Contractor Whose Offer Was Selected As The Most Advantageous, At The Latest On The Day Of Signing The Contract Of Documents Confirming The Admission Of The Products Constituting The Subject Of The Contract For Use In Poland Or Ce Certificates, If Required.
