    1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery Of Computer Equipment For The Municipal Office In Brzeg Dolny. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz. Whenever In Swz Or In Attachments To Swz, The Subject Of The Contract Is Described With An Indication Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Special Process, Which Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor As Well As Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Mean That The Contracting Authority Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Contract In Sufficiently Prescribed And Understood The Subject Of The Contract It Is Assumed That Such Indications Are Accompanied By Or Equivalent Words. All Above The Indications Were Cited To Specify The Parameters And Technical, Functional, Functional And Qualitative Requirements Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described By The Contracting Authority, Is Obliged To Show That The Materials And Devices/Products He Offers Meet The Requirements Set By The Employer At A Level Not Lower Than The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Burden Of Proving That The Material Is Equivalent To The Requirement Specified By The Employer Rests With The Contractor. In This Case, The Contractor Attach To The Offer A List And A Detailed Description Of The Equivalent Solutions Offered. Not Indicating Equivalent Solutions In The Offer Will Be Treated As A Declaration Of Use Of Solutions Listed In Swz And Attachments To Swz. The Contractor May Propose Equipment With Not Worse Parameters Than Specified In Annex 1 To Swz.
