    Work Detail

    The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Removal Of Asbestos -Containing Products In The Poviatgodzis In 2025. The Task Of The Task Includes The Performance Of A Service Related To The Removal Of Asbestos -Containing Products Consisting Of: 1) Packing Dismantled Asbestos -Containing Products, Adequate Protection In Accordance With The Applicable Ones: Laying On Pallets, Foil Protection; 2) Waste Weighing; To Perform The Task, The Contractor Will Apply A Carrier, With Valid Legalization, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 11 May 2001 Law On Measures (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2063) And Executive Applied. Weighing Will Take Place In The Presence Of The Owner (Perpetual Usufructuary) Or The Management Manager. The Contractor Will Weigh And Make A Report From This Activity In Accordance With The Template Constituting Annex 2 To The Contract; 3) Loading; 4) Ordering The Place Of Service From Asbestos Containing Waste; 5) Transport From The Meeting Point To The Place Of Disposal; Transport Of Collected Waste Containing Asbestos Will Take Place In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Act Of 19 August 2011 On The Road Transport Of Goods Dangerous (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 643) And In A Way That Prevents Pollution 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended), For This Purpose, A Landfill Of Hazardous Waste; 7), Keeping The Quantitative And Qualitative Waste Record In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended).
