1. The Subject Of The Order Entitled Development Of Project Documentation For The Investment Task Entitled Expansion Of Poviat Road No. 2920C Kowal - Dobrzelewice - Baruchowo From Km 0+015 To Km 2+260 And From Km 3+255 To Km 4+460 Is The Development Of Complete Design And Cost Documentation And Technical Specification Of The Implementation And Receipt Of Construction Works In Accordance With Applicable Law, Standards And In Accordance With The Required Scope Of Work And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Employer In The Road And Electrical Industry, Including With Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements, Opinions And Permits And Supervision Of Authors Supervision. The Study Will Be, Among Others Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Public Procurement Procedure For The Performance Of Construction Works For The Above Investment Tasks. The Concise Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex 1 To Swz. In The Case, When The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Pzp, The Employer Allows The Offering Of Equivalent Solutions Described, Provided That The Proposed Solutions To An Equivalent Extent Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. In The Case Of Offering Solutions Equivalent To The Solutions Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Requirement Arising From Art. 101 Para. 5 And 6 Pzp. If It Is Required That The Element Of Certificates Issued By A Specific Unit Assessing Compliance Is Required, The Contracting Authority Also Accepts Certificates Issued By Other Equivalent Units Assessing Compatibility. If It Is Required For The Possibility Of A Given Element Of Certificates Issued By Units Evaluating Compliance Or Reports From Research Conducted By These Units, The Contracting Authority Also Accepts The Technical Documentation. Orders Should Take Into Account The Requirements In The Scope Of Availability For Disabled People And Design For All Users. The Conclusion Of The Contractor In The Scope Of The Implementation Of This Contract Is Determined By The Proposed Provisions Of The Agreement - Annex 2 To Swz. Authority The Minimum Amount Of Stays Required By The Employer Under The Authors Supervision Is: 3 Supervision In Each Industry. The Maximum Number Of Stays Within The Authors Supervision Is 7 Supervisors In Each Industry. The Commander Reserves The Call Of Authors Supervision (The Entire Team Or Individual Members Of The Design Team) - At Each Request In Situations Requiring Participation In The Coordination Board Or Being At The Construction Site. 2.
