Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Subject Of The Contract Is To Develop A Complete Design Documentation In Order To Adapt The Shelter Located In The Building Of The Social Service Center In The Nakło Nad Notecią To The Required Standards. Core With Tasks Of Population Protection Consists In The Need For Systematic Adaptation, Modernization And Maintenance Of Shelter Facilities In A State Of Full Technical Efficiency, In Accordance With The Legal Requirements And The Needs Of The Local Community. Execution Of The Architectural And Building Inventory Of Existing Shelter Rooms Together With A Functional And Utility Analysis In Terms Of Their Adaptation To The Required Standards. This Shelter Is To Be Intended For 50 People. 2. Preparation Of A Technical Expertise Or A Structural Opinion Of A Part Of The Building Used As A Shelter, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of Population Protection Along With The Determination Of The Shelter Category. 3. Development Of A List Of The Scope Of Works Necessary To Perform Construction Works To Adapt The Shelter Object/Room To The Required Standards. 4. Development Of A Construction Project Of A Multi -Branch Renovation Of Shelter Rooms And Obtaining For It Resulting From The Provisions: Opinions, Consents, Arrangements. The Developed Documentation Should Specify Whether A Building Permit Should Be Obtained Or A Notification Enabling Construction Works. Obtaining A Building Permit Or Notification Is On The Contracting Authority. 5. Development And Reconciliation Of Project Documentation, I.E. An Architectural And Construction Design In The Field Of:  Renovation And Construction Works-Including Execution Of Finishing Works, Installation Of Doors And Protective Mucus, Adaptation Of Building Partitions To The Requirements Of Civil Protection And Others According To Needs;  The Spatial Development Of The Shelter Interior - Incl. Functional System Covering The Residents Of The Stay, Sanitary Facilities, First Aid, Stock Warehouses, Etc. Development And Reconciliation Of Project Documentation, I.E. A Technical Design In The Field Of:  Water Supply Installation - Including Adjusting Connections And Internal Water Supply Installation, Providing Access To Drinking Water In Crisis Conditions;  Sanitary Sewage System Installations - Including Development Of The Concept Of Emergency Sewage Disposal With Limited Availability Of Urban Infrastructure;  Installation Of Mechanical Ventilation - Including Designing A Ventilation System Enabling Closed Mode;  Electrical Installation - Including Designing Security Systems, Distribution Of Emergency Power Supply, Installation Of Basic And Evacuation Lighting.
