Tenders Are Invited For Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The Winter Season 2025/2026

1. The Order Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In Individual Towns Of The Zakliczyn Commune In The Winter Season 2025/2026, By Performing A Snow Removal And Removal Of Icing (Slippery) As Needed, Both On Business Days As Well As On Non -Working Days. The Following Standard Of Winter Road Maintenance Is Determined: 1) The Road Should Be Snowed Over The Entire Width, 2) On The Road Can Be Located Up To 5 Cm Of An Equal Layer Of Snow. At The Intersections, Turns, Hills And Bus Stops, The Surface Should Be Sprinkled With Rough Agents. 3) For Sprinkling The Contractor Should Use Its Own Rough Materials. 4) Removing And Combating Slipperyness Should Take Place On A Regular Basis As The Needs (Snowfall, Drizzle) In Accordance With The Ordinance Of The Minister Of The Environment Of 27 October 2005 On The Types And Conditions The Use Of Means That Can Be Used On Public Roads As Well As Streets And Squares, I.E.: To Prevent And Eliminate Winter Sluggishness: Road Salt + Sand/Aggregate; B) To Rearrange Ice Or Glacked Snow: - Fias With Grounding Up To 2 Mm, Hib With Grounding Up To 4 Mm. Sand And Gravel With Salt With A Weight Composition-95-97% + 5-3% (Amount Of Salt In The Mixture) C) Until The Whipped Snow: —-Piasets Or Other Natural Aggregate With Grainworthy Up To 4 Mm,-Uniform Mixtures Of These Aggregates With Salt. Crushes Used To Relieve The Surface Should Not Clay. The Homogeneity Of Aggregate Grainness Ensures Greater Uniformity Of The Road Covering When Sprinkling. The High Variability Of Grain Size Causes Uneven Sprinkling (Different Distances Of Scatter). The Content Of Small Grains (<0.075 Mm) Should Be Minimal (It Is Recommended, Up To 3%), Because These Grains May Increase Slip. The Grains Cannot Be Flattened And Must Have A Regular Shape. Striving Materials Should Show Sufficient Strength To Mechanical Destruction By Movement (They Cannot Be Crushed). They Should Not Contain Pollution That May Increase The Corrosion Of Vehicles And Steel Structures. The Good Of The Materials And Their Doses Or The Prevention And Liquidation Of Slipperyness Occurs Depending On The Prevailing Weather Conditions And Is Always Agreed With The Contracting Authoritys Representative.
