1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance By The Contractor To The Employer Of A Service Consisting In The Fulfillment Of Multi -Branch Investor Supervision During The Implementation Of The Construction Intention Entitled ,, Construction Of The Administrative And Office Building Of The Kwidzyn Forest District Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure , Implemented By The Contractor Selected In The Procedure For Construction Works For The Above Task ( Contractor Of Construction Works ). 2) The Contractors Obligations At The Stage Of Works Are: A) Supervision Over The Correct Course Of Construction Works - In Terms Of Technical, Quality, Organizational, Formal, Formal, Timely, In Accordance With The Contract, Which Will Be Concluded With The Contractor Of Construction Works And A Material And Financial Schedule; The Frequency Of Stay At The Construction Site, The Length Of Individual Stays And The Composition Of The Contractors Staff During Each Of The Stays Should Be Adapted To The Implementation Of Works, As Required By The Effectiveness Of Supervision And Take Place At Least Once A Week (During The Implementation Of Works), B) Cooperation With Authors Supervision And Other Contractors Performing Any Inspection Or Supervisory Activities Related To The Implementation Of Works, C) Control In It, Entries Confirming All Circumstances Of The Proper Course Of The Construction Process, D) Control And Giving Opinions On The Works Of Works, Materials, Schedules Presented By The Contractor, And Presenting Them To Approve The Contracting Authority, E) Control Of Disappearing Or Coverage Works, Necessary Inter -Operative Reviews, Trials And Checks Resulting From Project Documentation As Well Indicated Standards, F) Checking The Required Approvals, Approval And Guarantees For Materials And Devices, Included In The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications, G) Resolving The Technical Doubts Arising In The Course Of The Works Carried Out, And If Necessary, Taking The Opinions Of The Author Employer And Contractor Of Construction Works, I) Participating In Conducting All Attempts, Measurements And Checks, Participation In Meetings Organized By The Ordering Party In Matters Regarding The Implementation Of The Investment In Question, J) Checking The Completeness Of Acceptance Documents Prepared By The Contractor Of Works Built After The Works, K) Participation In The Committee On The Final Receipt Of The Investment, L) Bodies, M) Conducting Quantitative And Valuable Settlements Of Construction. 3) The Contractors Obligations After Completion Of Works Include: A) Participation In Reviews And Committees Of Acceptance During The Warranty Period And Warranty That The Contracting Authority Will Be Provided By The Contractor Of Construction Works, B) Control And Confirmation Of Removal Of Defects.
