1) Part 1. Provision Of Mediator Services. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Carry Out A Support Service In The Form Of Mediation For Participants Indicated By The Contracting Authority. Planned Number Of Hours 336. One Hour Is 60 Clock Minutes. A) Support Will Be Conducted Using Methods Of Resolving Disputes And Conflicts, With An Emphasis On Family Communication And Developing Optimal Solutions To Problem Situations. B) Mediation In The Context Of The Conflict Between The Foster Family And The Biological Family. The Service Provided In The Ostróda Poviat. The Attendance List Containing: Date, Time (From-Do) And Name Of The Project Participant, Signature Of The Project Participant Or Guardian, Name And Surname Of The Supporting Support And Signature;- Acceptance Report Approved By The Contracting Authority.J) The Contractor May Refer To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Scope Of Work With Children, Only A Person Who Meets The Requirements Specified In Art. 98 Para. 3 Of The Act Of June 9, 2011 On Supporting The Family And Foster Care System (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 49), I.E. :- It Is Not And Was Not Deprived Of Parental Responsibility And Parental Authority Is Not Suspended Or Limited;- It Fulfills The Maintenance Obligation- If Such An Obligation In Relation To Her Is Due To The Enforceable Title; By A Judgment For An Intentional Crime Or Intentional Tax Offense;- He Is Not Listed In The Database Of The Register Of Perpetrators Of Sexual Offenses With Limited Access;- Is Able To Work In A Care And Educational Institution, Which Was Confirmed By A Medical Certificate Of The Lack Of Contraindications For This Work. In The First Up To The Fourth And Medical Certificate, The Fifth -Titer Is Referred To (Regardless Of The Obligation To Submit A Declaration, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Request Information From The National Criminal Register At Every Stage Of The Contract, And In The Absence Of Obtaining Information From The National Criminal Register Of Another Document Confirming The Lack Of Circumstances Specified In The First To The Fourth,
